I started in 1990 here in Winter Park, FL. and was at the VERY FIRST USDAA trial held in FL. at our club Dog-On-It....and Ashley my little BCX - Q'd in Starters to be the 1st dog in FL. to earn an agility title!! :)) (heck you remember when you only needed that 1 clean run...good thing since we'd only been training for 6 months prior!)
We also then Q'd to go to the Grand Prix in Houston, TX at the Astro Hall...and we WENT! :)) AHHHH ignorance is SUCH bliss <G>. Heck we made it to the 2nd round and then "I" pulled her off the tire, she was running great and again with only 6 months of training!
And I have to tell you Ashley is still here with me...at 16.5 yrs old (be 17 in May)!! She is truly an "original" <G>!
