October 12th 1988 to October 28th 2002
I want my first Agility dog, and best friend Lassie to be remembered.
She was a great Agility dog, who rarely got anything other than a clear round.
Her highest point was coming 2nd in the KCJO Agility Dog of the Year in her height
category for the whole of the UK. All she ever wanted to do was to please
me. She was devoted and loyal and the best friend I could have received
for my 8th birthday all those years ago. Lassie had to be put to sleep a
year ago. She would never quit life, but the vet said her condition was
terminal. The hardest part for me was that I was out of the country when
my mother held her for the last time. I still cry today, and wish I could
have been there for her. I loved Lassie, and she loved me and my family.
Her dates are October 12th 1988 to October 28th 2002. She just made it to
14.
