A one of a kind, once-in-a-lifetime dog. From "trashcan dog" to
ADCH, FM, CD(ASCA), CGC, and Therapy Dog,. Sooty's accomplishments were many,
and no doubt would have been many more if she'd only had the handler she
deserved. Stubborn and opinionated (and vocal about it too!), she was small in
stature but big in attitude. Everything she did, she did with gusto and gave
110% of herself to anything I asked of her.
For Sooty life was one big fun adventure, and I was lucky enough to be allowed
to go along for the ride. We went a lot of places, we made a lot of friends, and
most importantly we made a lot of great memories. Those memories will help to
fill the hole in my heart that her passing has left. She was very much loved,
and will be very much missed.
