Cottondale’s Woodlands Lark, CGC, CDX, AAD, OA, but better known as Windy.
Three years in a row, Windy was one of the top five obedience Dalmatians in the US. She did obedience work because I asked her to, but she did agility because it was fun. Windy was the first Dalmatian in the US to receive an AKC agility title and the second Dalmatian in the US to receive a USDAA agility title; and she did this all after the age of nine. Back when USDAA still used the thirty inch jump height, Windy competed and placed at the age of eleven years old. She was accurate and dependable in standard agility, but Windy was beauty in motion on a jumpers course. We both enjoyed running pairs with Laura Gummelt and Goalie, in fact, word has it Windy and Goalie are still running pairs together, and winning at the Rainbow Bridge.
